介護施設や福祉施設にも看護師っているとか。
でも大きめの施設でも看護師は数人らしい。
その代わり、
介護福祉士とか社会福祉士、ヘルパーやケアマネージャーがいるんだって。
看護師っていろんな職場で出番があるんだねぇ。
やっぱりこういう施設の看護師って、
病院で働く看護師より患者さんに対しての処置の機会は少ないのかな？
どうなんだろう。
